yes - every payment goes straight to your own stripe account. it’s free to open; stripe only takes a small fee per payment. no worries: we help you set it up and connect it - it takes about 10 minutes, and from then on every ticket and membership is paid out to you directly.
payments run through stripe and are paid out to your own stripe account. if we agreed on a revenue share, our share is deducted automatically, so there are no invoices and no waiting for us to pay you.
you do. your participants and their contact details stay yours - you can export your list any time. we never sell or share it.

yes. besides your group sessions, Holdspace sells your 1:1s as single sessions or packages (e.g. 1, 4 or 8 - with what the bigger ones save shown on your page). you find the dates together and add them in your dashboard: your client gets an email with the date, reminders before it and their own zoom link. a membership can include 1:1s every month, and your discount codes and affiliate program work for 1:1s too.
