terms of use
1. what Holdspace is
Holdspace is software operated by DRMAMU LLC, USA, which facilitators such as yoga teachers, ecstatic dance DJs, kirtan leaders, coaches, health and sport instructors, breathwork facilitators and others use to sell and run their live online group sessions. each facilitator runs their own sessions and sells them in their own name. when you buy a ticket or a membership, you therefore buy it from that facilitator, and their terms, which are linked on their page and at checkout, apply to their sessions. Holdspace provides the platform.
2. your account
each person may have one account, with their own email address. you sign in with a link sent by email, so please keep access to your inbox to yourself. a ticket or membership is for you only, and your access to the sessions is personal and must not be shared.
3. payments
payments are processed by Stripe and go directly to the facilitator. refunds and cancellations follow the facilitator’s terms. you can cancel a membership at any time in your account, and it then ends at the end of the month you have paid for. you can also switch between a facilitator’s memberships in your account: an upgrade starts right away, and the difference for the rest of the current month is charged at once, while a downgrade takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
4. affiliate programs
facilitators may offer an affiliate program. you share your personal link, the people you bring receive a discount, and you earn the commission the facilitator has set. commissions are tracked by Holdspace and paid by the facilitator directly, after a hold period, once the facilitator’s minimum payout has been reached and you have requested the payout. the facilitator pays by the methods they offer (such as PayPal, Wise, Revolut or bank transfer) and in their own currency; if your account is in a different currency, any conversion fees are yours. commissions only count for real, paid purchases by other people, so self-referrals, fake accounts and spam are not allowed, and Holdspace and the facilitator may withhold commissions that were earned in such a way.
5. your health and your own space
sessions can involve breath, movement, sound and emotions, and you take part at your own risk and on your own responsibility. please listen to your body, take care of your space, and ask a doctor if you are unsure whether a session is right for you. the sessions are not medical treatment, and they are not a substitute for therapy or medical care. please also read our disclaimer.
6. liability
Holdspace is provided “as is”. to the fullest extent permitted by law, Holdspace is not liable for the sessions themselves, which are the facilitator’s responsibility, for interruptions of zoom or the internet, or for indirect damage. this does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

how we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
8. changes and contact
